Everyone can order at our webstore with or without register an account. You can also always order / inquiry through Facebook or Whatsapp to 010-3193893.

Payment Method:

We do accept bank transfer, DuitNow or TnG e-wallet payment. Kindly notice us of the details after payment made via Messenger or Whatsapp. Every confirmed order will be start processing on the next working day.

Stock Status:

All the items listed may not updated stock accurately due to variety of items, distributors, or selling fast items. Therefore, your order might be subsequently cancelled due to the unavailability of the product. 

We will always notice you for any order status. Full refund will be done for any unfulfilled order.

Shipping:

All confirmed orders usually will take 3-7 working days only to be shipped from Kuala Lumpur. Delivery time may vary due to Customs clearance, supplier issues, public holidays or any other circumstances. Kindly inquiry us first before place order if urgent needed.

Shipping to Singapore is available by air courier. For Singapore customer which are interested to order and able to make payment to Maybank in Ringgit Malaysia, please reach us by Messenger or Whatsapp 010-3193893 for ordering.

Return & Refund:

We do accept return or refund for incorrect or faulty item only. Please inspect the goods upon arrival of the parcel and do not accept if the packaging is severely damaged or tampered. We reserved the rights not to exchange or refund for any damaged / broken goods after your receipts.

Notice us and return the goods in the origin packaging within 7 days. We might refuse to exchange or refund if found the items are opened, used or not in original condition.
